Design Build Hospital Replacement
MCB Camp Pendleton, California
AERO Automatic Sprinkler Company was awarded the Design Build project in November of 2010 with the completion of the project expected in early 2014. This project is a 500,000 SF multi-level Medical Hospital with Central Utilities Pant and a 1,500 space multi-level parking structure.
Currently the rough-in for the hospital and the garage was completed in 5 months; design has been ongoing for the past 18 months. The main hospital has 27 wet systems, the garage has 7 and the CUP has 1 with a total of 6,000 heads installed.
