It seems hard to believe that been over two decades that Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company was formed in Phoenix , Arizona, with a staff of myself and two other people. Our company began operations with a small office and subcontracted fabrication products.

Even though it may sound elementary and easy to accomplish, we decided from the onset that our company philosophy would be to provide a quality product for our customers at a competitive price. This would be accomplished by providing and maintaining a positive work environment for our employees so that they would be proud to be a part of the team that established our reputation for quality product. We were not unrealistic, however, since by its very nature the construction industry is very competitive and does not naturally lend itself to quality and price in the same breath. Our success could not have been achieved without two crucial assets for any company; well trained and conscientious employees, and customers who believe in us.
