High rise court facility on very tight sight. This CM@ Risk LEED certified project consists of 15 floors with 2 basement levels and is approximately 963,905 square feet. The facility contains 32 criminal courtrooms, a jury-assembly room for the entire criminal court complex with state-of-the-art technology and separately waiting rooms for victims and witnesses. This project has multiple systems with the fourth floor containing a wet system, a pre-action system and FM200 system; it is also the floor containing the data center. The lower levels each contain at least 2 systems and the upper levels 6 on up contain one wet system per floor.
